How to use it
- Drop a pinch of the starter kit's silvervine or catnip, or a treat, into the holes.
- Leave it out for play 2–3 times a week. Most cats dig in on day one; shy cats take a few days.
- Push a treat along the maze slots to show her the game.
- Very long nails? Trim once, then let the box keep them short.

Questions
Does it replace clipping?
For most cats, yes, used 2–3 times a week. If her nails are very long, do one trim first, then let the box keep them short.
Will my cat actually use it?
Every pack comes with a silvervine and catnip starter kit for exactly this. Many cats that ignore catnip still go for silvervine. Shy cats may take a few days.
Is it safe for her paws?
The grit is fine enough to smooth hard nail tips, not rough enough to hurt soft paw pads, and she can stop whenever she likes. Supervise the first few sessions, as with any new toy.
Which pack should I get?
One box for one cat. Two if you have two cats or want one upstairs and one down. Three makes great gifts, and it includes a free refill set.
